Situated in the Highland capital of Inverness, this charming little guesthouse provides a central base for exploration of the Highland region, and offers the best position from which to experience all the majestic splendour found only in the Scottish Highlands. The guesthouse is within a 5-minute walk of the city centre and only 10 minutes' walk from bus and rail terminals.This beautifully-presented Victorian detached villa is situated in a most desirable residential area of Inverness. The guesthouse comprises a total of 8 rooms.All the hotel rooms are large, spacious and bright, and most of them feature patio windows leading to the rear garden and small patio. Furthermore, an en suite private bathroom, a hairdryer, a TV and tea and coffee making facilities are provided in all accommodation as standard.

2.5 star rating	We appreciate owner's welcome and the supply of information about the city.	Poor water-flow in the bathroom. We stayed for 3 nights and we have had a bad experience on the last morning as the hotel staff wasn't prepared to serve the breakfast until 10.00AM. The breakfast wasn't properly organised; surprisingly, they conferred for each item and they kept us waiting more than 1 hour for serving breakfast (still incomplete), so we couldn't go-ahead with our planned sightseeing for the day. Those circumstances forced us to return from Inverness earlier than expected. They completely neglected us for their personal matters and we believe it should not be the of treating customers. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone.		01 January 2009
