4.0 star ratingHotel relativ neu, sauber, gutes Design, gute Einrichtung, relativ gute Schallisolierung (A I); bemerkenswert: Vorraum mit zusätzlicher Tür. Ausgezeichnete Lage zu Stadt und ÖV, gute Anbindung zum Flughafen; gutes Frühstück. Insgesamt sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.Personal an der Rezeption zwar sehr freundlich, aber zum Teil überfordert (z.B. bei speziellen Fragen nach Buchhandlungen, Adressen, Restaurants). Zimmergröße (DZ für EN) für Einzelnutzung gerade ausreichend, für ein Paar bereits eng; im Vorraum sollte es zumindest einen Haken geben, um einen Mantel aufhängen zu können. Täglicher Handtuchwechsel heute nicht mehr ökologischer Standard. 28 November 2011
