5.0 star ratingI visited the 'Orel' hotel before- this time I booked two single rooms for me and my cousin in the Youth hostel uni and would like to compliment the staff to keep it in such good shape- one could really not tell it was the category of a hostel. The room may be smaller but it's definitely very practically arranged with plenty of room for your luggage, clothes, books, laptop etc. The bathroom has a hair dryer, liquid soap and one large high quality towel- so you could bring one middle-sized towel with you if you wish. The staff starting from the reception desk to the cleaning lady are very friendly and helpful, versatile in many languages they slip into with no difficulty. Absolutely the kind of hotel you would very likely choose again (like I did) without 'bothering' to look for other accommodation offered for Maribor . :-)No negative comments whatsoever- of course one can't help waking up because some hotel guests have to leave very early and obviously have to roll their suitcases- or there is occasional street bustle heard- but that is something you can't avoid and you get used to it in a night or two.Anonymous 09 June 2016
