4.0 star ratingVery convenient to all attractions. Subway very close and within easy walking distance to Soho, Little Italy, Chinatown and further if you like us enjoy walking. The hotel staff were wonderful and nothing is ever too much trouble especially Massy who went the extra mile. We had the most wonderful room with views on one side to the Empire State Building and to the other the new tower at the 7/11 site. Bright and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel.Only that we had booked twin room and unfortunately this hotel does not cater for this. We were told they could provide a foldaway at an extra charge but we felt we had already paid enough. Fortunately we were upgraded to a room with a view on the 16 th floor which was certainly an improvement.Hendy27 April 2013
