5.0 star rating	Excellent hotel! Staff on arrival were fantastic and answered all our questions. The restaurant on site was brilliant, great food and excellent service! The shuttle service was a real positive but I do feel that the hotel would benefit from making this known on the website as it was only by chance that I found the information on Trip Advisor. The nibbles offered in the evening at the bar downstairs was a really nice touch, we were more than happy to then stay downstairs for a few drinks. Breakfast was good, particularly the timings it was available (8.00 flight).	- The â¬18 cost incurred if you wished to use the pool, for us this was too much particularly as we only wished to have a quick swim. - The lack of tea/coffee available in the room	Kim	19 April 2013
5.0 star rating	Great hotel! It'sa 4 star but it does feel like a 5 star. Great restaurant and spa. Flawless	Only thing is that it's located near to the airport in Bergamo. Unfortunate that it's not closer to the centre or on a better location. But perfect if you need a place to stay close to the airport.	Anonymous	11 September 2015
