4.5 star ratingThis is a beautiful, traditional hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The Landmark Restaurant was five star in quality, service, and ambience. My suite was spacious, had updated televisions, and attractive. The location allows for walking to a variety of restaurants--ranging from fast food to moderately upscale restaurants. The neighborhood is beautiful and surrounded by beautiful trees. It is only a few blocks from a fire station and siren-blaring trucks are frequent thought the night. The closet space was a bit sparse for a suite. This was my mistake for not carefully checking the amenities before I booked this hotel--but there was no Spa or pool, which was a serious disappointment and oversight on my part. With no balcony or outside patio, I was confined to my room if I was at the hotel. Again, a disappointment. Flop04 June 2013
