3.0 star ratingNice and clean room Although is very close to high street shops there are not signs to guide you the right direction to the hotel and at the beginning is a nightmare to find it. The bathroom is very small. The SPA is open only between 11am and 6pm. I booked a bed and breakfast option room and they try to charge extra for breakfast.... very unprofessional. I asked for an extra pillow in my room ( You only get one per bed ) they answer that they don't have enough pillows to give me an extra....very disappointed from a 4* hotel.
