5.0 star ratingWonderful Hotel. I have used this hotel for 20 years on business. It is like "coming home"No negativesRon Northwich UK01 April 2012
4.5 star ratingThe hotel was first class, staff highly professional and all in all it was a top quality experienceTo be honest there is very little to say that is negative about this hotel. If pushed I would say that the room was a little dark because there was no central ceiling lighting and there were some rather cute but noisy frogs in the pond below my bedroom window!Sue26 February 2013
5.0 star ratingBeautiful gardens, beautiful bedrooms, pleasant and helpful staff. Very good food, always presented with thick starched white linen and beautiful cutlery. Excellent gym. Lovely ambience. A hotel to suit all purposes. Breakfast is good but there is no variation on the breakfast buffet from day to day ( we stayed 12 nights). kevangwright03 July 2013
5.0 star ratingOur stay was extremely pleasant. The staff could not do enough for us. It was exceptional value for money. The hotel caters to our every need. Ground are stunning and the food was fantastic.Wished we had of discovered the services offered by the drivers earlier. We were well into our 10 day stay before we found out about it. Probably our fault for not reading all the information package.Very happy.04 August 2013

4.0 star ratingThe hotel has a home away from home feel to it and is still owned privately. The situation is idyllic with beautiful gardens and very attractive pool area. As stated, the staff are very friendly and efficient.Anonymous 30 January 2014
5.0 star ratingWe have strayed here a couple of times and already want to book next year. It's an inland hotel with great facilities, food, staff and set in stunning surroundings. The beaches at Cape Town are great but this is a perfect relaxing hotel. it's a classy place but there is nothing pretentious about it. Andy & Alison17 January 2014
3.5 star ratingGood range of facilities; good location with easy walking to other restaurants and shopping mall. Secure underground car parking.Breakfast service was chaotic with staff not knowing what they should be doing.Coffee was usually served cold, tables had missing cutlery and condiments whilst tables that had been vacated still had dirty plates etc and staff just walk past without clearing away. This is the fourth time in the last 5 years we have stayed here and it appears that increasing the outdoor eating/drinking area has had a negative impact on the level of service at busy times. The hotel seems to be focusing its priority in favor of conference guests at the expense of tourists. Ashley06 February 2014
4.5 star ratingI was most impressed with size of room and quality of cleanliness. The service was of a high standard. I will definitely visit this hotel again.Anonymous 05 January 2015

4.0 star ratingBeautiful hotel and setting. Great pool. Wide selection of choice at breakfast. Staff friendly. Service at breakfast and in the bar could be very slow at times. Waited over 30 minutes to receive a simple drinks order. Rooms being refurbished - old roms showing wear. Air conditioning system old and noisy. Anonymous 16 October 2015
