This is a truly beautiful terraced house for 6 guests, situated in the genuine town of Campanet. Welcome! This villa is situated in the town centre of Campanet, close to the Tramuntana Mountains, declared by UNESCO as World Heritage Site. This villa is set out on 2 floors, has 3 terraces and stunning views across the village Búger. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds on the first floor, A/C and en-suite bathrooms; one of the rooms with access to a private terrace. The third bedroom on the ground floor comes with two twin beds. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms on the first floor and one bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The invitingly beautiful sitting room has a comfy sofa and access to the lovely pool terrace. WIFI and SAT-TV with English channels are available. The fully-equipped kitchen with dining table has everything you might need for your holidays: mixer, microwave, oven, kitchen utensils and fridge with freezer, etc. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Three terraces make the most of your holiday and this charming location. The private swimming pool has 5 x 3 meters and its depth is 1.20 meters. A few stairs lead you to the second terrace with outdoor dining table and a sunshade. This is a nice place to have a BBQ with friends and family. The private terrace on the first floor is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants and cafés are within walking distance. You will find more shops in the town next to Campanet, Sa Pobla, a few minutes by car. It is also a good starting point for a visit to the springs of “Ses Fonts Ufanes”, the caves of Campanet, the Monastry of Lluc, the charming village of Mancor de la Vall or to the North coast and lots of lovely beaches. The closest beaches are Puerto de Alcudia and Playa de Muro, an approx. 20 minutes drive away. The old town of Pollença is no more than a 15 minutes´ drive away.
