On the other side of the hallway is a king-size bedroom with wall mounted TV, a bathroom with walk in shower, and fully equipped laundry room. The main living area on the ground floor includes a large formal dining area with an adjacent granite wet bar perfect for serving those pre-dinner cocktails. A feature half wall incorporating a dual sided fire place separates the formal dining from the family seating area with it's comfortable sofa's and chairs arranged for relaxed viewing of the large flat screen TV, or simply enjoying the views through wall of glass that showcases the outdoor living space, golf course and conservation beyond.
