4.0 star ratingVery favourable location, friendly and nice staff.Tiny walls, heavy traffic, no proper blankets, few shelves, no foreign tv chanels (only Italian), no spare pillows, elevator in stable condition.02 November 2008
4.0 star ratingGood access to bus for centre of Rome and the railway station. Quiet location. All reception staff speak English, although I understand some Italian and happy to speak in Italian. Clean.Would like more newspapers to read.17 November 2008
4.0 star ratingPleasant situation. Convenient for public transport.25 January 2009
2.0 star ratingThis hotel is not a 4star one. You may assume it as a 2star hotel. You will not receive standard facilities which it is expected in a 4star hotel. Staffs are impolite. 14 March 2009
4.0 star ratingThe rooms were adequate, the breakfast superb, the help at the reception desk excellent.Bed was a bit soft and small. The plumbing was very noisy which is a problem when adjoining rooms used their loos or showers late at night. We were slightly surprised that a hotel room that had no bath qualified as a 4 star. All TV channels were in Italian, which seemed a little unnecessary in these global times. We never found out and had not taken our computer with us anyway, but we were not conscious of any facility for internet connection.03 April 2009
2.5 star ratingThe hotel was ok and well situated. However after I checked in and went to my room I tried to activate the air conditioning. I could get it to function. When I reported this to reception I was informed that it had broken down. I requested a hotel change to one where the A/C was working. The temperature at the time was about 33 degrees C. I was given an alternate room in the hotel where the A/C was working. This should have been given to me in the first place.22 May 2009
4.5 star ratingGood location out of Rome traffic.Bar not open. Lack of coat hangers in wardrobes.12 June 2009
3.5 star ratingClose to city center - walking distance 30min METRO and BUS 300mSirens blaring all the night. If you have light sleep don't go there.Miro08 October 2009
3.0 star ratingRooms were very cleanGot stuck in lift upon arrival - had to call for help No Coffee/Tea making facilities in room (would of expected this in a 4* hotel) The T.V. in our room plus our friends room did not work. The hotel was advertised as having a bar - but it was not staffed, when we asked at Reception the person told us there was nobody available and the bar was not very well stocked. However, he offered to make us a coffee (which was an expresso in a LARGE cup - which he apologised for) The breakfast staff were not very helpful, had to ask every morning for coffee & tea and on two mornings there were no tables with crockery & cutlery on them, so we had to ask for this as well. 4.5 star ratingPleasant neighbourhood and easily accessible by short public transport journey to city centre. Clean hotel with adequate bedroom facilities. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Breakfast - fresh fruit and fresh fruit juice would be a good improvement and maybe also more variety of bread (only 1 white loaf of bread available). 31 March 2010
