2.5 star ratingVennlig personale. Litt engelsk. Hotellet ligge i et rolig strøk. Best å leie bil/mc.Ikke mulig å kommunisere på Mail. Forsøkte med flere e-adresser før jeg fant den rette. Den på hotelopia sin side var feil. Forsøkte å ringe flere dager uten å få svar. Resepsjonen er lite betjent. Da vi booket hotellet på nettet trodde vi det var et hotell i Fira by, men dette ligger i Perissa. Noen andre hadde samme opplevelsen. Det viser seg at det er to hotell med nesten helt like navn.
