Esses, sinceramente, não estão à altura do vosso hotel. Há dezenas de tipos de travesseiros no comércio que sem dúvida estariam muito melhor es do que os que existem.01 June 2013

2.0 star ratingFriendly staff. Good location Room cleaned every day but not the bathroom; some days they just wiped around things didn’t even put clean glasses, shampoo or soap for three day. Restaurant, the food was boring and not very nice it was the same for two weeks just set out differently. I informed the hotel I was coeliac at the time of booking and again at reception on arrival and was told it was no problem. I can’t eat a cooked breakfast but was told there was cereals yes they was, what another guest had left but they lasted for three days. ON THE FOURTH DAY TOLD THERE WAS NONE LEFT GAVE ME THREE BREAD ROLLS INSTED OF TWO. THEN ON THE FOURTETH DAY they bought a new box of cereals for me, I had already been out to the supermarket and bought my own for the rest of the holiday. Lunch time was alright best meal of the day. Evening meal the food was all the same, for desert I was just told nothing for you as you are coeliac apart from jelly. The gentleman who served the drinks needed to wash his uniform it was very dirty and needed a good iron. Entertainment simple none. So I would not stay in any of this chain of hotels again and I would not recommend it. Also they need more staff. Anonymous 17 July 2015
4.0 star ratingFriendly staff. We had a jr suite and it had a good size. Overall a pleasant stay. Crowded during breakfast. Not a lot of sunbeds and a lot of people reserver them for longer periods of time, which is a shame. There was a mini kitchen in our suite, but it was a shame that it didn't come with things to wash up the cutlery with.Anonym 21 July 2016
3.5 star ratingStaff were polite and professional, the room was large, it's a great location and a decent price.Room was not well cleaned, the service in the restaurant was ridiculously slow (unless of course you go for the self service buffet), we requested a kettle in the room as they offered but it took a day to arrive, the food quality was hit and miss, and finally be aware that there is only a simple outdoor poolAnonymous 02 April 2016
