Similar views of the Bay and Kirribilli can also be enjoyed from the comfort of the majority of the well-appointed rooms. 4.5 star ratingGreat hotel, rail access super close,excellent base for the weekend, hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, we arrived 2 hrs before our check in time,and we got access to our room early, which was fantastic. Room was great with view of harbour bridge, everything was fresh and clean, NO musty smells like some hotels, beds were super comfy and no traffic noise at all. Even after a 10 am check out, they kept our luggage for us,so we didnt have to haul it around with us, which was great,we just collected it later in the afternoon.Overall a great hotel to use as a base to see the city, would definately use again !!!!!The knob on the tap in the bathroom to change from bath to shower was ridiculous, we had to call down to reception for help. You have to like pull up on the lever quite hard for like 20 secondsto get the shower working,even then it's hit and miss if you can get the shower on....very strange. That's my only complaint people !!!Stampsy20 March 2013
