Welcome to this wonderful house in the countryside and discover the beauty and comfort that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. This is a 2-storey house with 4 bedrooms (one on the first floor and three on the ground floor). There are three bedrooms with double beds and one with 2 single beds. Every room and detail is perfectly integrated in the house. Sit down and relax on the sofa in the living room where you will be able to read a good book, watch satellite TV and have a little nap. The house has central heating (gasoil). The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, blender, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, gas stove, fridge, cutlery and a lot more. There is space to park your car at the patio. Furthermore, there is another kitchen with gas hob, situated in a separate building with BBQ by the pool. At the terrace, there is a big table with 8 chairs where you can organize summer dinners. Outside, you can swim in the 10 x 5 metre pool, sunbathe in one of the 8 lounges or enjoy a cocktail at sunset. The location of the house is perfect because you have everything you may need 5 minute drive: the sand beach, a big variety of restaurants, snack bars, a pharmacy, a drug store, shops, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a medical centre and a bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença or other directions like Palma. The fine grained sand beach is only 200 meters away from the apartment; you just have to walk down the street. The beach is perfect for toddlers because the swell is moderate and the beach slopes down gently into the water. In Can Picafort you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste; fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, tapas and typical Majorcan cuisine. If you feel a bit hungry, the numerous snack bars offer sandwiches, hamburgers and salads. For your coffee or tea break you will find lots of cafeterias on the promenade.
