4.0 star ratingFriendly helpful staff at reception and in breakfast room. Rooms were well serviced.Very poor facilities for a four star hotel, very disappointing. I have stayed at numerous 3, 4, 5, star hotels all over Spain and this was the poorest in terms of basic facilities. No robes, no drink making facilities and poor quality toiletries. I would not expect a 4 star hotel to have a squeezy bottle on the wall of the shower. In addition I particularly chose this hotel as there were few bedrooms as I do not enjoy "high rise" living. There was no mention of the fact that the first 5/6 floors were appartments,so we were very high up! A couple of other guests were both surprised and dismayed. I would sadly not recommend your hotel to anyone.04 November 2008
5.0 star ratingVery clean at a great location, good value for the price. No fluff but who really needs it ...,location, location, location. Keep the hardwood floors but find a to make them more quiet. Road warrior26 May 2012
2.5 star ratingBreakfast was nice. We booked a junior suite and paid a lot of money for it. In the afternoons the room really warmed up. I would guess that is was 35 degrees centigrade in the room. The airconditioning did not work, and the windows were not insulated. kat11 June 2014
