Hotel Information

This hotel is situated in the centre of Antwerp, within walking distance of the old city and at the border of the fashionable Art Nouveau district of Zurenborg. Just around the corner from Antwerp's monumental international train station, it takes a brisk short stroll to get from the train to the doorstep of the hotel. A little further down the same avenue it joins the motorway that connects to all national and international roads, and provides the 40-minute commute to Brussels Airport. Guests are welcomed to the establishment where they can find all the comforts and conveniences need to make this place feel like a true home while travelling. 2.5 star ratingAls het hotel net zo goed was als het ontbijt dan heeft het 4 sterren.De racebaan loopt door je slaapkamer,het buiten gebeuren is 60 decibel en de televisie is op 40 afgesteld dus die hoor af en toe als de stoplichten op rood staan.Raymond17 August 2013
3.5 star ratingI booked the Hotel two weeks before for one day and it was a special offer what was for /- 79 €, what was not possible to cancel ! After having Problem with my teeth and a treatment i had to cancel the trip to Antwerp! After informing the Hotel with my Problem and the attest of the Chirughie that i had a treatment and could not attend the staying,i was told that this are the roles for the booking and they can not refund the money or bookit for the week after. However i went there , but because of this attitude it was the last time that i booked that hotel. In that case money is more important then the health of a Person and I'm traveling a loft for bussines, and this is not customer friendly at all 03 December 2013

3.0 star ratingI booked the room through Hotelpia. It says free parking for the room. but it's not. the staff told me another customer told her yesterday the same demand as of me. Hotelpia's fault. but in the night, parking is free along the road around Hotel and it's 3.80 euros for a whole day in the day. it's cheap. so you don't worry about parking your car. 2.5 star ratingI was not impressed with the hygiene standard of this hotel. While the entrance area and lobby look very sleek, the room(s) we were allocated appeared a little shabby in comparison. The walls along our floor and the carpets had seen better days as well. The first room we were given faced the noisy main road and since the window did not shut properly, it was unbearably loud. I therefore requested another room, and while this was quiet due to facing the back, the curtain featured what appeared to be dried-up blood stains. I was rather disgusted and had to ask for those curtains to be taken away. The staff was rather unfazed by all that and they did not even apologise. Needless to say that this spoiled the stay for us quite a bit. Even if you are paying for a budget room, you would at least expect a certain level of hygiene. Anonymous 06 September 2016
