2.5 star ratingMy son sliced his foot open on some glass in the pool and hotel staff did not seem to think this was an issue. A trip to the A&E was not the way we expected to spend our time. Good luck to the next person in the pool. To top it off I had a bunch of illegitimate charges on my account. Sorry people but I won't be backAnonymous 24 April 2014
2.5 star ratingNot much to enter here - they did however eventually refund us the charges for an extra bed. Because at Trinity Wharf they let kids under 12 years of age stay for free but they expect you to have them sleep in your bed with you. There was nothing about this hotel that was the same as what you thought you were booking on the internet. The room had a view of a car park, not a wharf or any water. They charged $58 for an extra bed and didn't tell us until we got home we had been charged for it. It is not for families. It's more for corporate company's and conferences. We did however finally get our refund but only after a lot of emails and explanations. We wont be staying again. Anonymous 28 October 2014
5.0 star ratingExcellent hotel. Beautiful setting. Perfectly located. Staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. The food is excellent. Everything was fantastic. Our 7 year old daughter stayed with us and also totally enjoyed the swimming pool and the complimentary hot chocolate. We will definitely stay again. thank you The Rymers08 April 2015

4.0 star ratingAsked in restaurant if we could have inroom menu in restaurant, Happy to do this for us and eat in a beautiful setting over the harbour. When checekd room , not set up as a twin bed.
