2.0 star ratinggreat views, some staff friendly large car park,had to move rooms twice, firstly noisy neighbours, second room had a faulty shower then no water for the bath, second room had no hot water, had to wait till following morning before could be fixed. The food was always poor,breakfast buffet food was cold, the same at dinner we had to eat elsewhere. We booked for 3 nights but left after 2!, we asked to speak with the hotel manager but they would not speak to us!, we asked for a refund but were told to contact the booking agency,yourselves for which i will be boing! kennicott01 October 2012

Excellent value for money, great breakfast choice.Hotel was dated and not a lot was working in the games room. Jaccuzi jets didn't work in the spa. Rooms were a bit dirty.steve15 May 2015
