2.5 star rating	Overall the hotel was ok service was ok	the negative is the hotel is you must pay Â£10 a day for parking for the hotel which aint really nice you would expect that you have free parking for the hotel but they want you to pay Â£10 a night i stayed for 3 nights and i had to park elsewer away from the hotel to park for a lower rate.	shamstar	16 May 2012

4.0 star rating	The hotel was fine. The service provided by hotelopia was not.You had forgotten to send the booking through and so it took 1 hour to check in. Not happy after a 4 hour drive!		dave r	18 December 2012

2.5 star rating		Very unimpressed by the food and facilities given the price of the room, which was without breakfast. Wifi was only available from your room if you paid an additional Â£12. The restaurant told me there was a 20 minute wait, which would have been fine if they hadn't served me a chicken pie when I asked for vegetable and don't eat meat, and it was blatantly microwaved food. 4.5 star rating	Very clean rooms, polite staff, really helpful when asked questions, choice of self serve breakfast items, including all you need for a full cooked English breakfast, if you want it. Beds fairly comfortable. Good location, close to the middle of town, shopping centres and leisure facilities. Car park opposite the door, you get a code to get in and out and pay reception at the end of your stay (Â£10 per full day and night). Xscape is close by (10-15 mins walk) and has great facilities for snow skiing, snow boarding and even indoor sky-diving. Good value hotel overall.	Bathroom got very steamed up - the extractor is on a ducted system and the room we were in didn't get much of an outflow of damp air going. One hot shower and you couldn't see in the mirror for ages! Air conditioning in the room seemed to be permanently set to heat, not cool or auto, so couldn't cool the room quickly, even when turning the temperature right down. Staff did offer to come and have a look and they may have fixed it, but it was our last night so we left it and opened the window instead, which was fine. Restaurant for breakfast was good, but staff did leave plates piled on the table and weren't too attentive at clearing.	Anonymous	18 March 2014
