The hotel is superbly located just a short drive from all of the terminal buildings. London Heathrow Airport is around 5 km away. Comprising a total of 297 guest rooms, the air-conditioned hotel features a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service and lifts access. Dining options include a cafÃ©, a bar and a restaurant. Guests may also take advantage of the Internet access and the car park. The comfortable, air-conditioned room facilities include an en suite bathroom with a shower and towels. Further amenities include a colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities. 2.5 star rating	The cost of the accommodation was of good value for money. You get what you pay for though.	Very noisy regardless of the time of night. One twin electrical socket in the room, 1 of those didn't working. When the tap in the bath is twisted one way or another it determines if the bath or shower is on. There was a fine line for off. We accidentally left the shower dripping slightly. It dripped onto the tap and splashed the side panel which caused the floor to be soaked over half a day. The bathroom was smelly too. Nowhere to store clothing in the room. The lift in the car park smelled of urine. (May be independent of the hotel) The lights in the bedroom were faulty and worked intermittently. 2.0 star rating		The bed offered for our 7yr old son was an absolute disgrace. The mattress was not fit to be called such with the springs poking into your back with even the slightest weight. Apparently this is the standard of all the extra beds offered by Travelodge not just a one off. Charming. The restaurant downstairs was not separated from the main entrance so every time the large double doors opened cold air rushed in. What was worse was that the doors were permanently open until I asked them to be closed - apparently it's a fault that occurs every time it rains. Quite simply no matter what the price I will never stay either here or in another Travelodge again. I'd rather sleep on the street.	Anonymous	14 August 2015

4.0 star rating	Very clean hotel with friendly staff, great bed that was very comfortable, breakfast is eat as much as you like! Happy to stay here again.	Having to pay for parking at a hotel that sits away from any town centre is a scam but you are forced to pay as no where else to park. Windows in rooms do not open so air con provided which has to be on all the time can dry you out. only one desk chair in room, no other chairs or sofa which let the room down. Also no free wi-fi, only 30min free or Â£3 a day, in this day and age should be provided! Breakfast was great but let down by only providing scrambled eggs, no fried etc. Sort these little things out and it would make for an excellent stay!	Anonymous	22 July 2016
