5.0 star ratingthis was an upmarket travelodge - and the rooms came as a very welcome surprise - and there was a bar attached for late drinking - excellent having finished work at 10.30pmnone03 November 2008
4.0 star ratingPrice was the defining factor. staff were very efficient and friendly. room was warm and clean. Had breakfast on my second morning and was a bit dissapointed to say the least. it was cold and greasey so i just left the majority of it behind. could do with a spoon in the bedrooms for making a cup of tea, whats with the wooden stick? come on we're not in a petrol station!17 February 2009
3.5 star ratingThe hotel is in a very undisirable area, you are told this by every taxi driver who takes you anywhere. you are also warned not to walk around the area! Expensive to get in and out of city28 August 2009

5.0 star ratingGreat to have an underground car park with direct access to the hotel without being exposed to the elements Arrived late at night and found the reception staff to be welcoming and helpful Clean rooms Good value for moneyDidn't stay long enough to discover any!AK11 October 2012
4.0 star ratingSecure underground parking - Nice staff - Clean Close to AirportSituated next to busy road, room noisy because of it all night Not a place to walk alone a night, but if you are looking for a bed only, it does it job perfect.molly02 May 2013
1.5 star ratingThe room was basic clean and tidy on arrival. The catering staff were very pleasant, efficient and helpful as we purchased most of our own food on occasions and they cooked it for us The carpet in the room was stained from a previous flooding from the bathrooom which also needed som regrouting of the tiles. The ventilater extractor did not appear to be working. The television was old and some fascilities did not work on it but we didn't go there to watch television. The food in the restaurant was limited and repetitive . I asked on our application for " Soya " products due to a dietary problem with Dairy products but no notice was taken of my request. So I obtained all products from a local supermarket within 200 yards of the hotel. I would suggest the Management staff spend a night at the Ramada Viking Hotel in Waterford and sample the breakfast and food on offer and the attention of the staff in every detail as the cost of a stay and for the food on offer is about the same but the difference in vast.Drebosaurus01 June 2013
