4.5 star ratingThe staff were super, the plug in the sink didn't work and they sent someone straight away. The only shame was there wasn't a hairdryer in the room and it had to be booked out from reception for 2 hours, because people had stolen the hairdryers from the rooms. 3.5 star ratingI went to bethnal green travel lodge three times.first and second time was excellent service but third time service was worst service ever.when i booked room by third party,I mentioned over that i will be doing early(12pm)checking and i will pay for that.i went to reception.i asked one of the staff over there to get the room quickly cause i was too tired having a long journey from outside.He told me room is not available at this moment and it will be available after 3 whereas i booked room like 7/8days ago and i alreday mentioned about my check in time.this is really worst and the way he spoke to me was really worst.i bought some food from outsides and i told him "if he could put my food on oven" to make my food worm as i was too hungry.He replied thats not allowed in case of health and safety so how could they made warmed my food last two times.i agreed this is not allowed in health and safety but his way of talking is really rude and he even dont know about hospitality and management.otherwise everything was fine this is the last,i will never go in my life.Travelodge should take extra care for their customers layZ 04 January 2016
