5.0 star ratingThe staff were all very friendly, obliging and courteous. The food was excellent and the PROMOTION DEALS were brilliant - Keep up the good work in that area. The restaurant staff were tops especially Sharif, Deepak, Nour Overall we found everyone very friendly except a man with a brown suit who strutted around every evening and never acknowledged anyone- think he's Moroccan. Will definately be back if the price is right !!The Wi-Fi in the room was not great. The pool area was closed due to repair works so we went down to the Shangri-La where they have a lovely pool area. Anyway from a previous stay in Traders we did'nt like the pool area so we never went there - much too small and claustrophobic. 16 May 2012
4.5 star ratingausgesprochen freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal; Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb. Für Bade-/Stadtkombi super!derzeit einige Baustellen neben / gegenüber dem Hotel, dadurch etwas Lärmbelästigung. Ansonsten ist das Hotel uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!19 May 2012

I unfortunately missed breakfast due to an early flight but the range of food looked excellent and of a very high standard. Breakfast also ran earlier than most hotels and for a longer time period - making it more widely available to guests.Nothing - I loved my stay!Caitlin11 July 2012
