The spa complex has the biggest aqua park in Hurghada, and with its numerous water slides, wave pool and rafting river, it is an endless adventure of pleasure. The crystal-clear outdoor swimming pools have a children's swimming area and a poolside snack bar where guests can relax with a tropical drink on the sun loungers or parasols provided. Sun loungers and parasols are also available on the beautiful private sandy beach. Guests may also take part in an aqua fit or aerobics session, enjoy a vigorous work-out in the state-of-the-art gym, relax in the sauna, or choose from a selection of spa and massage treatments. A range of water sports, such as water skiing, jet skiing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, motor boating, banana boating and sailing, are available on the beach, and guests may also play tennis, table tennis, pool/snooker, basketball, handball, volleyball or beach volleyball. Entertainment programmes for both adults and children are organised by the hotel and guests may wish to explore the surrounding area on horseback.

2.5 star ratingThe Room was nicely finished and clean. The Aqua Park was fun for the kids. That is where the positives end. Customer service was atrocious.The pool heating was turned off. The water was extremely cold. Only after several complaints to the Manager directly and after they promised to turn it on immediately, but didn't until the next afternoon and more complaints, did they decide to turn on the children's pool heating as all the kids were shivering, and I mean all kids not just mine. When the pool temperature would heat up towards the end of the day (4 to 5 pm) we would be asked to get out of the pool because they have to put the chlorine in at 5:30 exactly. While having dinner the staff would remove the table clothes from the table we are seated at and claim that they need to be put in the washing machine right this second. The chefs at the Beach Restaurant were also very rude. Hotel would not provide a Kettle in the Room as they didn't have any. All in all it is sad, the facilities and the rooms are quite nice unfortunately it will be a sinking ship with the poor customer service which begins with the management. Honestly when you sit down with a manager to make complaints about the service and he promises to solve the small issues in 5 minutes and does none of them it just really disappointing. Instead he tried to offer us alcohol, thanks but no thanks. Solving my issues first is the most important part of customer service not trying to buy me off, but he probably wouldn't understand that. 3.5 star ratingbedroom size is good and they had 2 large double bedsno heated pools. beach had plenty of jelly fish. Sea water very shallow sadley we could not swim. The water park had weird schedule they close early, so the kids were unhappy and when they go to the pools they would close it at 5;30 to clean it. staff were not happy.Mitzi05 May 2016
