The house of 180 m2 is distributed over 3 levels.There are 3 bedrooms located on the subterranean floor; two with wo single beds each, and one with one double bed. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are 2 bathrooms; one with shower on floor -1 and one with bathtub on the ground floor. The living-dining room is very nice, with one very large sofa, TV-Sat, dining table with chairs, fireplace, and air conditioning. The kitchen with vitro, in the same space, is fully equipped and has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine iron and ironing board are also available. The hous counts with central heating. Puigpunyent is a small charming village in the Tramuntana. Here you will find everything you need for your stay. It is ideal for nature and trekking lovers. In the area there are several walking routes. Palma, where you can find all kinds of leisure either museums, theaters, shopping malls, water parks, etc., is only 16 km away.
