5.0 star ratingGood sized rooms, clean and well equipped. Good off-road car parking. Very efficient organisation of paperwork and key pick-up. Overall we were impressed and would stay in the Spires appartments again.The hotel exceeded our expectations so we do not really want to provide negative views. However, we realize that you are constantly trying to improve so we provide the following comments: 1) We were surprised that the bins in the yard did not allow separate disposal of glass, tins, paper and general waste. You should endeavour to improve your environmental signature. 2) A few more coat hangars would be useful. 4 each is not really sufficient for a week 3) Though we did not expect to have a TV in the bedroom it was frustrating to find that the aerial was insufficient to provide a good picture on any channel. Suggest you either upgrade the installation or remove it. Bottle28 July 2013

 Excellent place. Really surprised at how clean and spacious it was as the Internet didn't really sell it to me. I booked it last minute as was going to visit someone in hospital so flew in very late. Received a text explaining how to collect key. Really helpful staff. Can't rate it highly enough For the price. Little things like washing up liquid and restaurant recommendations and teas and coffees and biscuits. Little personal touches really make a difference. Continue with the standard and I'll be back.
