3.0 star rating		The bed sheet was dirty, stained and there were traces of hair! The bathtub shower was faulty. It's quite a disappointment for a 4 stars hotel. We stayed in the same hotel 2 years ago. It was a good experience back then. That's why we decided to return to royal bint ang but am appalled to have such bad experience this time round. 3.0 star rating	Centralise location near Seremban KTM railway station and Terminal 1 bus terminal. Walking distance to 24 hours A&W restaurant and newly renovated shopping mall.	A layer of dust on shelf in the built in cupboard. Carpet looks old and need replacement.	Mohamed Rizal	28 April 2015
2.0 star rating	Notwithstanding that I requested to see the GM on account of my dissatisfaction with the service i recieved, I was directed to junior staff who were very courteous.	This was our second stay and the first stay was not a good experience. This notwithstanding we decided to give the hotel one more try and the hotel failed us again. Firstly we booked the hotel on line and were unable to get a suite or a room on the executive floor, which we found, upon arrival were readily available. The check in process was very bad. We were refused to allow our room service and other bills to be charged to the room on account the check in process did not ask or request for our credit card details. Apparently this was on account we booked online. We refused to use the pool on account other guests using the pool were wearing conventional clothing such as jeans and T shirts in the pool, which we consider to be unacceptable and unhygienic. Often the house-keeping staff failed to supply the consumables and provide clean towels. We were there for 6 days and the sheets were not changed once. We felt insulted that the GM felt it appropriate to ignore us and sent his junior staff to address our issues and concerns.	Jay	05 May 2015
