5.0 star ratingRitz Carlton excellent standard at a beautiful location Ther ws a lot of building work - replacing balcony doors, and building new pool bar, which was noisy and we were onlt told when we checked in 29 September 2008
4.5 star ratingThere was a RAT running around the outside part of the restaurant. Very disappointing since it's a Ritz hotel. Also, I requested for a king bed, however, when we checked in the front desk person said they never received the request from the booking company.04 June 2013
