3.0 star ratingGood locationI asked for a wake up call on the day of my departure, but never received the call. I nearly missed my flight. My room was not cleaned on one day and when reaching the hotel at 4 PM, I had to request for a cleaning. The internet never worked in the room and on the day of my checking-in (around noon) the IT dept took more than 4 hr (around 4 PM) to generate an internet password for me (not practical if you are on a business trip) The room accessories are quite old. In summary, it's a huge hotel which needs a lot of refurbishment and renovation, and staff can be trained to be more customer oriented.Naden16 September 2013
