4.5 star ratingProperty and location were fantasticWe were disappointed with the cost of the additional charges at check-out. Not knowing the area, we had no choice but to park our hire car at the property, but $27 per night was excessive. More frustrating was a mandatory $10.95 facility fee which we were not made aware of at check-in and was charged whether we used the facilities or not. We were provided complimentary WiFi logon details and we only used the fitness centre twice,neither were highlighted as extra charges. If we knew these charges in advance, it would have affected our property choice and may have led us to a different location. Being charged over $320 expectantly soured our experience at the property and regretfully we will not recommend or return.Anonymous 22 January 2017
