5.0 star ratingThe place to stay in Memphis. The only downside is the number of outsiders coming into the hotel lobby at 11:00 and 5:00 to see the famous ducks marching. Anonymous 25 April 2016

4.0 star ratingLovely hotel , very central location for most attractions . Roof Top Parties held on Thursday Evenings are an experience and very popular . No complimentary transport to Graceland ( our main reason for this holiday to Memphis )although reception could book a tour package which included transport out to Graceland . We used taxis which were quite reasonable . Free coffee in the Desserts and Deli Bar between 6am and 9am . Lovely muffins and cakes available to buy there also . Staff in there and Capriccio's very attentive . Rooms kept clean and maids very friendly .Checking in should have been easy apart from Piano Music in background which made it extremely difficult to hear what staff were saying ! Reception area too near to the location of the pianist ! Only ate in hotel a few times , the menu appeared to be the same each evening in Capriccio for the week we stayed there but we did enjoy what we had . Elvisnut23 April 2016
