The interior has quiet sitting areas and a conservatory overlooking one of two classical courtyards. The restaurant serves a wide ranging menu. 4.5 star rating	Excellent greeting, felt very welcomed. Room was great had everything we needed, loved the biscuits. The swimming pool and gym was very clean and modern and had a nice atmosphere. This hotel was really nice and has given us a good reflection on oxford and we would love to come here and visit this wonderful town again.	Nothing really to pin point but i think there was a blockage in the shower because the water raised up very quick. But there was a bath opposite with shower head so again not really negative not far distance from each other either! (shower and bath)		01 March 2010

5.0 star rating	The room was beautiful, the staff were always available and very helpful. Each staff member was very charismatic and ever smiling. The swimming pool and sauna were a delight every morning, followed by an amazing buffet breakfast, which appeared to cater to all. I personally will stay here again.	The only negative things i can come up with is that within the men's changing rooms for the spa, there was a distinct urine smell and the spout that you place water into within the sauna, was blocked and remained blocked for over a week (was still blocked on the day i left)	Adam	28 February 2012
