4.0 star ratingFacilities are excellent, together with the food, staff in restaurant where very attentive and kept your cup filled with coffeee/tea.Rooms require upgrading however they are clean and are perfectly adequate for a few nights break.Ferguson5606 May 2012
4.0 star ratingCheap and cheerful the staff very helpful and food was good.I know its a old place but it does require a little TLC and give the rooms a little makeover. I bet the window cleaner has not visited for months.18 June 2013
4.0 star ratingFirst time there and we would return. Basic plus hotel where staff very helpfull room adequate, facilities good standard but the hotel has many many rooms with lots of families. If you do not like children do not go here. Could do with updating the reception area and food areas but we enjoyed our visit. Great plus having team and buses right outside the hotel takes 10 minutes to central pier.Needs updating and freshening up.BBB16 August 2014
3.0 star ratingNoneAt the entrance to the hotel there are pigeons nesting and their 'droppings' were all over the floor and were not cleaned up during the four days of staying at the hotel. The hotel is dated in appearance and bedroom walls are very thin and you can hear the activities of those in the next bedroom. This is not a hotel for taking a young family as the facilities are poor and it is a long way from the main area of Blackpool.Anonymous 19 January 2015
4.0 star ratingA good value for money hotel. No frills bit cheap and it has everything you need. I would recommend.Anonymous 04 August 2015

2.0 star ratingNice and big friendly staff. We had a jacuzzi bath that didn't work. The room was dated and very unclean we wer disturbed to find blood smeared all over the bathroom door absolutely disgusting and the TV was ancient and we has to wiggle a wire to get it to work.Anonymous 04 August 2015
1.0 star ratingGet what u pay for Very run down Anonymous 02 August 2015
4.5 star ratingFantastic warm welcome from staff on arrival and I also was helped to my room by a staff member who carried my bag for me, overall I was very very happy during my stay and will be hoping to return again in the near future. The only one bad point was parking I found it pretty difficult to find a space upon arrival, Kelly 15 August 2015
1.5 star ratingWorst hotel I have ever stayed in, filthy, like being in the 1950's Anonymous 28 October 2015
4.0 star ratingWe enjoyed the hotel it's very big. It's got a swimming pool and cinema which would have been great if the weather was bad. Tram stop right outside so easy to get to main attractions. Pool should be free for guests. Breakfast is quite expensive at £8.99 and have price for kids who didn't really eat anything so bit of a waste of money for us. Not a massive choice but there was something for just about everyone. Our room smelled a bit like stale smoke and on the first day the 2nd floor was stinking of weed - not the hotels fault obviously but it wasn't nice for the kidsAnonymous 17 October 2015
2.5 star ratingFor the price paid it was adequateVery shabby decor, bedding old and dingy along with the towels in the bathroom. Generally the whole place is tired looking and could do with a major overhaulalex02 July 2016
