4.0 star ratingGreat location and the room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Turn down service excellent with hot water bottles in the bed and sweets on the pillow. Well stocked mini bar and coffee machine in the room. His and hers sink in the bathroom.Disappointed not to be allocated a room with a sea view as we had requested. The rooms at the back of the hotel have no view whatsoever. No underfloor heating in the bathroom. Poor service in the bar and restaurant and not what you would expect in a 5 star hotel.
