3.5 star ratingGood locationLots of stairs to get to room and no lift so would be difficult for frailer or older people with mobility problems.23 July 2013
5.0 star ratingVery helpful, and as always, very clean.I phoned the hotel directly to ask about booking a room, as on the website it states that room only for one night is £180. It also states on the website that it is £150 for DBB. That's why I rang. The information that I got from the hotel further confused me, as I was told that the prices for room only were right, and that it was an extra £20 for B B. So £190-200 for B B, or £150 for DB B? Regardless I booked the room through a different website and got the room for £100. Even after speaking to them directly and asking what the prices were, 5 mins later I got the room almost half price online. All I can say is that from now on I will not deal with them direct, but go through an agent. Shame really ;(Mr Jeffles30 July 2013
