2.5 star rating1) Before I went, I sent email to ask for the transportation of going to the hotel. They did not reply. 2) During the stay, we found odor smell in the corridor. We did not know where it from. Unfortunately, the situation was getting worser and finally we can smell it in the room. By the end, we asked the front desk. The smell is from the pesticide. I figure it out everyday they sprayed it outside my room and along the corridor. If I know I will not stay in the hotel. Pesticide is harmful to human being. I don't want to take the chance. They should post sign and let the hotel consumers know that. I am paying money to stay in a place that will put my health at risk. That's rediculous. 3) By the end, I demanded the hotel to give me an explanation. So far they did not respond. I won't stay in that hotel again as I don't want to kill myself .a victim02 September 2013

1.5 star ratingNothing. Room size very small and bad staff services. Guest room for 3 adult can't move added extra bed and then the extra bed not early prepared in guest room. Actually we chasing again staff about mid-night prepare bed. The staff then bad face to us. I not happy this services and attitude. Also, the room not have WiFi services. 3.0 star ratingIts is part of the One Borneo Hypermall hence everythings are within reach and under one roof..ie very convenient especially when having small kids. The staffs at the reception counter are very helpful and attentive to the needs and requests. We requested during booking for connecting rooms as travelling with children but was told such rooms were fully occupied when we checked in. However they managed to get such room the next day and arranged for us to be transferred. A requested extra bed was provided at no extra cost. The requests for extra towels, ice cubes, prayer mats etc. were swiftly attended to in very friendly manners. Overall the stay was a good one and will likely to stay at the hotel in future visits. We came during the Muslim fasting month and was informed breakfast will be at 2-4am (sahur). Nothing wrong with that as even other hotels will provide similar for those whom will be fasting the next day. The drawback was the menu is very minimal as compared to the usual breakfast menu. We've been to other hotels during Muslim fasting month and the menu for the "Sahur" were as good and as many a varieties of foods provided ie similar for the normal morning breakfast. Being durian season, somehow someone managed to bring in those fruits into their rooms and the smell was very strong especially in the lifts. Anyhow I'm not against durian, just that we thought most hotels do not allow such strong smelling fruits to be brought in into the hotels, let alone inside the room.Linda-Farid24 July 2014
