5.0 star ratingThe location was lovely looking out the water with easy access from the bridge. Staff were pleasant and helpful, particularly the wait staff who attended to us in the morning at breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the bedding and towels bright white and crisp. The rooms were very quiet and the breakfast was excellent. Value for money all round and would definately recommend and return in the future.Nothing10 August 2013

3.5 star ratingpleasant enough small room, the door could be jammed open against the double bed which was very comfy. Food nicely cooked and tasty and not too expensive.Anonymous 13 May 2014
2.0 star ratingVery dated and not very friendly staff. On our arrival we were told they had no booking from us and had never heard of the agents we had booked via. When they finally found my booking we werevthen told breakfast is served from 7 till 9.30 but watch out for when coach parties were eating and avoid those times! Walking down the corridor it felt like the floor was going to give way, hotel fire alarm went off early hours of the morning and there were no staff on hand to explain why. Everyone just made there way back to their rooms. Overall I feel we payed far too much for what we got. barty25 August 2014
