5.0 star ratingFully deserves all its previous good reviews and more. Service was impeccable. General manager Andreas always around and very accessible and helpful. Food very good and plenty of it, buffet menu had a different theme each night. No real negatives for us. Some guests may not like the cats, there are a lot about the hotel.Cypruslover03 June 2013
4.5 star ratingGreat hotel perfect size . The hotel was full but didn't feel over crowded. Very modern pool area with great facilities including a children's pool, normal pool and a hydro contact area. Great value for money and the Customer service pays a large part of the hotels attraction The Balcony area on our room wasn't very generous and felt a bit secluded facing the kitchens .and never really got much sun, however the apartment it's self was a generous size 12 June 2013
5.0 star ratingAccommodation King Jason Papos 12th to 26th June. As a result of the services received at the King Jason justice demands we convey our experiences of the service received. The success of the King Jason is predominately due to the professionalism of the management and staff particularly Andreas, Maria and the Balinese chef but it was in fact all of the staff. The management and staff understand fully a service business and each and every guest is treated with great dignity, young or old, of any gender, colour or creed. The management of the King Jason could be used as consultants for other hotels such is the professionalism demonstrated. We make this judgment having experienced “premium” hotels such as the Istana in KL, Howard Plaza in Taipei, Sofitel in Melbourne and Shangri La on Sentosa Island Singapore to name but a few. Further my work history is one of General Management overseeing 1200 employees trying to get all singing from the same song sheet like the staff at the King Jason is not easy to achieve and maintain. Good food and amenities compliment the service offering and results in high value package. The above comments were expressed by all other guests we conversed with and there were many. Overall many thanks for all the kindness shown and wish all stakeholders of the business and all Cypriots much prosperity in future years. Highest Regards Veronica and Gerry Walsh The only let down is the internet service which requires urgent correction as the demand on this facility will only grow with time. Another constructive comment would the generation of a strong room for luggage with a security tagging procedure(common in many hotels) as this would allow guests to be more comfortable on the last day as a results of some having many hours to kill between vacating room and leaving for flights.01 July 2013
5.0 star ratingThis hotel is one of the best i have had the pleasure styaing in. modern, clean with good location. I stayed in the new delux room and had everything you could possibly need on a day to day basis. My room was cleaned every day to a high standard. The food was delicious,HOT and very fresh, the waiting staff made you feel welcome and looked after us very well. Restuarant manager MARIA looked after us personally and really went the extra mile for us. the reception staff are proper gentlemen and made sure our stay was perfect. THANKYOU. Only 2 things which could be looked at this hotel. 1) the cats are in the lobby area and dinning room 2) wifi is very poor in main lobby and the charges for your room is expensive, if you fix this issue i do think more customers would be stay at the hotel during the day were they would spend more money at the bar etc15 July 2013
4.5 star ratingArrived at the Louis King Jason hotel quite late and tired to find the receptionist was waiting with a lovely tray of nibbles and fresh orange juice--nice touch ! That was followed by a young man who helped us with our cases and showed us around the bedroom / apartment. Please note that there are some ground floor rooms available which ( if necessary through mobility problems) need requesting for, as otherwise there are stairs,-- no lift. The following morning the same young man who was also one of the waiters, showed us around the dining room and where to get our various breakfast needs. The breakfast was excellent, varied choices including a Cypriot table. fresh eggs cooked in various ways on demand with a very pleasant cook. A spotless hotel with fresh towels daily and bedding changed twice in a 5 day stay. There was a shop on site which had home baked bread, and a friendly owner who spoke good English. In fact all of the staff spoke fluent English. We stayed B & B and ate out every night but there was a full kitchen in the apartment and a supermarket directly opposite which sold everything you needed. Although the weather was not too hot and rained for 2 days out of 5 days the hotel had an indoor pool, and 2 outdoor pools with exercise equipment actually in the water. All in all the hotel was 4 star and maintained those standards, not too big and therefore there was a very personal touch to the hotel. The staff were all helpful and friendly from the Managers to the cleaning staff. I would definitely book again without hesitation. Difficult to find ---- needs better signage Need a car /taxi to reach the resort proper and to enjoy the surrounding tourist areas. Massive shopping centre nearby. The Greens16 March 2014
