4.5 star ratinggreat stay, with seaview from balcony..apart from the large tree spoiling some of the view. swimming pool changing room locker keys most did not work and needs to be more spacious and cleaner. parking needs to be more spacious for each bay..more tables for breakfast time and trays to put plates on as plates too hot.02 June 2013
3.5 star ratingBeautiful lobby upon entering, staff very polite and helpful. Food was lovely for the half board deal, very good value for money! Parking price at £7 at day for their own car park, was a little unfair. Our room was definitely not at 4 star standards! There were nails sticking out the side of the bath panel by an inch or so, paper peeling of the walls, lime scale on the radiator from leaks, which had tried to be repaired with green stripy electric tape! The room had an awful smell, we had to leave the windows wide open the whole stay, as it made me feel ill. The mattress was stained badly, we could see it through the sheets. I was very disappointed with what I found as the reviews where so good. I know we had a good food deal and of course expected a cheaper room, but to be honest I have stayed in 3 star hotels with standard rooms much more 4 star than this. Sazzersmithy18 June 2013

4.5 star ratingLovely hotel beautiful views from room, bar and restaurant. Staff very friendly.Charge £7.00 per night for parking! Dinner has portions that would not feed a mouse, need 3 courses to not feel hungry after. Hot Day but would not open outdoor pool, as it only opened weekends!.Anonymous 23 June 2014
5.0 star ratingRoom overlooked the bay what a view to wake up to. Room was very spacious, beds comfortable, hospitality tray always refilled. Food in the restaurant was of a high standard and staff were very polite.position of hotel is excellent even though it is just a short walk from the harbour it is in a quiet area. I would definitely stay here again. If I had one negative it would be the £7 a night charge for the car park.Anonymous 19 July 2015

3.5 star ratingOverall a very good hotelNot impressed when checking in to discover you had to pay for parking at a rate of £7.00 per day to leave it outside, especially when the signs stated the hotel accepts no responsibility for any damages," so what are we paying for"? I was unaware of these charges prior to booking.Anonymous 27 September 2016
