 I tried to contact you so many times but no one respond, i had very bad experience with your company knowing that it was my first time to deal with you and i think it will be the last for the misleading and unclear informations, i booked 3 nights in the house hotel Bosphorus, Istanbul and the information given in your website showing that there is a free parking in this hotel while in reality there are no parking so i had to pay a had to pay $85 USD for the whole stays !! this is my reservation # 77-521701 .Meshari21 April 2015
4.5 star ratingI cannot rate the staff high enough. Our initial room did not have a bath and faced the road. I asked if we could move and although the two rooms with bath were already taken the staff did their utmost to find us a room with a view of the water. Their kindness and attention to detail was exceptional and probably the best I have experienced in a hotel for a very long time.The initial room was rather small for what was described as s superior double and facing a road was not the greatest outlook.
