I decided not to stay in the hotel.I requested a smoking room but on arrival was told that all rooms were non smoking, otherwise I would not have booked. You should state on your website this fact, because believe it or not there is still a large number smokers about.04 October 2008

2.0 star ratingStaff were polite, Within easy reach of the airport, which was the purpose of our one night stay. Had to be at the airport for 06.00 hrs. The toilets near the room we were allocated were disgisting, smelling of raw sewage. The stench was over whelming. The food in the Resturant was very poor. Steaks not fresh, defrosted and then cooked, nothing good came from the eating experience at all. My fiancee was unwell with suspected food poisening, having eaten their one night. The resturant requires investigation. This spoilt the trip to Northern Ireland, Thursday to Sunday. The other couple that was in my party, their bathroom was dirty with a great deal of cracked floor tiles. the hotel is very tired an in need of a re-furb. It does not achieve anywhere near your standard. We asked to be moved but were told the hotel was full. Thankfully we only stayed the one night. It was a case of put up and shut up. 15 May 2009
