 Unfortuneately, no booking was done. By email my original booking at a.m. hotel should have been protected at Villa Santi Resort. Upon arrival there was no booking at all, finally I had to settle my invoice directly. Even the call to your emergency number was resulting in no action. Several email about the subject were not answered till now.25 February 2011
