The Grand Hotel Shetland

Shetland tradition is alive in the Grand Hotel nearly one hundred years after the hotel took its present fine form. Sample the past beneath turrets and steep gables that stand out in the Lerwick skyline. Or breathe in the history beside the huge sandstone blocks of this majestic building which proudly overlooks the harbour of Lerwick. Wining and dining at the Grand Hotel is a special event. Our restaurant is comfortably furnished and offers a wide variety of dishes all freshly cooked and beautifully presented. Before dinner you could have a drink in one of our bars and afterwards dance the night away in Shetland's only nightclub 'Posers'.
