1.5 star ratingVery bad experience, for £42 we got dirty room, (I even found hairs in the tea/coffee tray) with mould and peeled wallpaper, no duvets but thin dirty blankets. With small child and 4 bags I was given room in the attic floor - 5th floor - with no lift!!! I am going to write to the trading standards as the room was not safe.Zhana Vincent31 May 2015
