4.5 star rating	Great food. Friendly staff. Clean hotel reasonably priced. Good facilities especially the spa and pool which were well kept.	The furniture in the bar area looked as though it could do with updating. It was noted that at one point a member of the restaurant team commented on a guests mobile phone call which I would regard as private although the guest concerned was quite happy to discuss it.		30 October 2011

4.0 star rating	The room was of a fairly good standard and the breakfast was delicious. Sauna room excellent. Pool and jacuzzi were both ok.	Considering it is a 4* Spa hotel, the Spa was definitely in need of some tlc or a good bit of refurbishment. Plastic seating in the steam room... a definite NO NO!! No drinking water available in Spa area.. another NO NO!! Staff plentiful, but not ready in being helpful. No advice given at check-in point about hotel layout, meal times, location of Spa etc. I wouldn't recommend unless Cambridge was the main interest.	Mystique-67	12 April 2012

4.0 star rating	Very comfortable, friendly staff, usually very clean.	This stay was slightly disappointed as there was food debris in the room from the previous guests. Have stayed here several times before and this was the first time this has happened.		05 May 2013
4.0 star rating	The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Lunch in the bar was good and we ate in the hotel restaurant one evening. It was a special wedding anniversary celebration weekend with friends. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel and whilst about 25 minutes outside Cambridge represented great value for money in comparison with the city centre hotels.	Nothing negative to report!
