4.0 star ratingclose to the airport with a free shuttle. Design of the room. Swimming pool with sundeck. Wi-fi facilities.Rooms are very noisy. As if you were in the room next to yours. Shuttle to the airport stops at 10pm.Peter28 March 2012
3.5 star ratingStayed there 3 times now as it is close to the airport and not expensive. There is usually a man with a placard at the airport bus station who phones the hotel when you arrive. Not sure if he is 'official' or not, but otherwise you have to phone the hotel yourself. Regular half hour shuttles back from the hotel to the airport. Usually pleasant staff. The rooms are a bit dated but fine for a short stay. The neighbourhood may seem unpleasant to some but I have never felt unsafe even walking around at night. Ten minutes walk to a supermarket if you have no car. Great buffet breakfast.Was last checked in by a very bored uninterested lady. Impatient when I asked questions (and a smile costs nothing). The next day found out I had 'room only' when I booked B & B.Nigel P29 June 2014

3.0 star ratingReceptionist was very professional upon my arrival and the security guard was absolutely outstanding in customer care.I did not get the room that I actually booked. I specified on my booking that I need a double bed and not two single beds. I was not assisted in this regard, but told that all rooms with double beds have been taken. And this was after about 30 minutes after I put forward a complaint.Mduvaldho03 November 2014
