2.0 star ratingThe room OK and house keepings are friendly The manager or supervisor Mathar does not too good. She does not care much about customer. It is the worst customer service I ever had in Vegas. She does not even bother ask me how my stay or when I ask for extend 1 more day with same rate I have offer before, she just give me how much which it write on paper and wait for me to sign, no discount, no explain why she can not discount. Moreover, you have to deposit $100 when check in. I am OK with it but feel uncomfortable. I rather go somewhere else than stay in here. Will never come back Anonymous 05 February 2014
