3.5 star ratingWe visited here 15 rears ago and enjoyed very much .Still enjoy this visit but not as much because of need of some TLC. The staff are as helpful and friend, still good breakfast and food reasonably priced. The non sea facing area badly need renovations. Our room was particularly bad but management changed and upgraded us after we discussed the room condition. Once renovations are completed the hotel will be much improvedThe hotel is being renovated in stages. Renovated areas are good but those waiting are poor ( Those not sea facing) Also missed a band playing in the restaurant , as the pianist in the foyer was rather quiet . A little more upbeat music would encourage more people to use lounge area later in the evening. Level of English amongst staff has drop making communications a bit difficult Wrinkly04 February 2012
3.5 star ratingThe hotel is very nice. Beautiful lobby, pool, spa and rooms.The food is good but only buffet style and pricey. It is also very odd that the hotel is far from any type of restaurants or malls, and is basically in the middle of a small and poor town. We were also very disappointed that we were given two twin beds after requesting one queen. We were given another room but not until the next day. After persisting with the manager that we be compensated in some way for this, he finally agreed to give us free dinner at the buffet. I think overall it is pretty pricey for what you get, and city of Kuantan and the beach by the hotel are nothing special. Anonymous 24 February 2015

A great place to relax, wind down and soak up the good life.A bit far out of town, but you can't have everything. You need your own transport or a book of blank cheques for taxis.Hieme23 June 2015

3.0 star ratingThe hotel was located on a nice beach, close to downtown Kuantan. Breakfast was good. The rooms were large and comfortable for 2 adults and one 13 years old child. During the week we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphäre at the hotel. The hotel is a bit run down. A lot of the beachbeds were broken. The towels were often dirty and need to be exchanged. Most of the public toilets on the compound were dirty. We arrived on the weekend and the hotel was full of guests, the staff wasn`t able to handel the unbelievable run at the breakfast buffet.
