2.0 star ratingWe stayed over the weekend at the hotel. It was nice to see during bbq dinner times, there are vendors selling clothes, sarongs and stuff. breakfast spread is also good, some can be a bit too salty. Ordered room service for the fried bebek rice set, it was delicious. Towels at pool is also fresh and clean. swimming pool design is nice, with many small corners for groups of people.The room is very very much smaller than in the website photos. they ran out of babycots for the 4 nights that i stayed there. the beach is also not within the hotel, you need to walk 1km through a bright alleyway (which is safe), but obviously bringing all your things there is very inconvenient and you can't wear your beachwear while walking through public streets. The most dreadful is the beach club, which has insufficient deckchairs. I had to sit on the sand and after walking through that street, you really feel it kills the mood to enjoy the beautiful beach while other hotel guests enjoyed the deck chairs on their holidays. I told the staff to call me if some guests left and freed up the chairs. But they never did and just left them empty. This made me feel like I am second class. Never coming back to this hotel, not value for money at all.Anonymous 24 August 2015
